The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. lickbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

To register an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a payment method registered in your own name. You may not use another person's identity or create an account on behalf of a third party.

Each player is permitted one (1) active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lickbd will suspend all associated accounts, consolidate balances to the original account at its discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts.

lickbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• A government-issued national ID card (NID) or passport
• A photograph clearly showing your face alongside your ID document
• Proof that the mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) account used for deposits is registered in your name
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the lickbd compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) calendar days of a verification request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. lickbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify lickbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

lickbd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All bets and transactions completed using your correct login credentials are deemed to have been placed by you and are binding.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access the Platform are secure. lickbd strongly recommends against accessing your account from shared or public devices. The use of VPN services, proxy servers, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security checks is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All funds deposited into your lickbd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a mobile financial service account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned, a potential account suspension, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–24 hours for Rocket, Upay, and bank card methods, subject to network availability. lickbd does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification tier)
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account
• lickbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000

lickbd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a deposit is reversed, any winnings generated from those funds will be voided and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections — including stake amount, odds, market type, and event — before confirming a wager. lickbd will not accept requests to void or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a Palpable Error (clause 5.3) applies.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placement. lickbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying reduced limits to individual accounts where betting patterns are identified as potentially abusive.

A Palpable Error is an obvious and manifest error in the odds or game parameters offered by lickbd — for example, where odds are displayed at a factor of ten or more below their correct market value. In the event of a Palpable Error, lickbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. lickbd will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players within 48 hours of identifying the error.

For sports betting markets, where a match or event is suspended, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is determined, lickbd will apply the settlement rules of the specific sport as published in the full Sports Betting Rules, available from our support team. In general, pre-match bets on events postponed for more than 24 hours will be voided and stakes returned.

All casino and Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on lickbd are supplied by third-party certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and paytable rules, which take precedence over any general description. lickbd does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.

Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Stakes placed on certain low-margin markets or game types may contribute less than 100% towards meeting the wagering requirement — full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

lickbd actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing low-risk or opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated software or bots to place bets using bonus credit
• Withdrawing a deposit immediately after claiming a deposit-matched bonus without completing the minimum play requirement

The following are strictly prohibited on the lickbd Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial crime
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or data-scraping tools
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any component of the Platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to misrepresent your geographic location
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or Platform operations

lickbd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment and betting in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform.

lickbd endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, force majeure events, and technical failures may cause temporary service interruptions. lickbd shall not be liable for any losses — including missed bets, unsettled wagers, or delayed withdrawals — arising from periods of service unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lickbd's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lickbd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Games and live dealer content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, Microgaming) are provided under licence. lickbd acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for defects, errors, or interruptions originating within third-party game software.

lickbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes

Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. lickbd will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days. Accounts with open bets or pending bonus wagering requirements cannot be closed until those obligations are settled or formally waived.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact lickbd customer support at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. lickbd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
