Your Self-Management Tools
Each of the following tools is available directly from within your lickbd account settings. You do not need to contact support to activate them — although our team is always available to help if you prefer assistance.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount per day (e.g., ৳500), per week (e.g., ৳2,000), or per calendar month (e.g., ৳5,000). Once a limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active — decreases take effect right away.
Time-Out (Short Break)
A time-out temporarily suspends your account. You choose the duration: 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Existing open bets placed before the time-out will still be settled normally. When the time-out period ends your account automatically reactivates — no action required from you.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure for players who feel they need a more substantial break. You can self-exclude for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not receive any promotional communications from lickbd. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Our team will action your request within 2 hours. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
Net Loss & Activity Tracker
Your account dashboard displays a full breakdown of your deposits, withdrawals, wager totals, and net profit or loss over any date range you select. Data is displayed in BDT and updated in real time. Reviewing this data regularly is one of the most effective ways to stay aware of your gambling spend and catch any unhealthy trends early.
Session Time Reminders
Enable session time alerts in your account settings to receive on-screen notifications at 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute intervals. When an alert appears, you are shown your session duration and net result for that session, giving you full context to decide whether to continue or log out. You can customise the alert threshold or disable the feature entirely — though we encourage keeping it enabled.

Protecting Young People
21+ Strictly Enforced
lickbd conducts mandatory age verification for every account. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any bet on the platform. Accounts found to be operated by under-21s are permanently closed and all associated funds are withheld.

These indicators include rapid escalation of stake sizes, unusually long unbroken sessions, frequent deposit reversals followed by re-deposits, and significant net-loss-to-deposit ratios over a rolling 30-day window.
Where our risk system flags a potential concern, a member of our player welfare team will reach out to the account holder by email to check in, share information about available tools, and invite the player to discuss their experience. This outreach is not punitive — we do not close accounts based on welfare concerns unless the player requests it or a legal obligation requires us to act.
We do not target players who have activated cooling-off periods or reduced their deposit limits with promotional offers, bonus campaigns, or increased-limit inducements. Our marketing team is explicitly prohibited from contacting players who are in any active responsible gaming period.
